Hugues de Payens, 1070-1136 was a French Knight in the Champage region and was co-founder and first Grand Master of the Knights Templar. His handsome sword measures 44" overall and has a silver finish with a fleur de lis embossed on the handguard. The scabbard is black simulated leather with read leather wrapping.
